✅ Fixed — proof, not promises

Every fix stays here permanently, with photos and dates.

Why this exists

Ward 120 — Lenasia South, Hospital Hills, Vlakfontein — has waited too long for basics: water that stays in the pipes and roads you can actually drive on. In Roshnee, the community stopped waiting and started fixing its own town. Truth and Solidarity is bringing that same spirit here.

This site is our public promise book. Every report is numbered, visible to everyone, and tracked until it is fixed. Nothing is ever deleted.

Our promise

  • 📬 We look at every report, same day.
  • 👷 What our volunteers can fix, we fix ourselves — the Roshnee way.
  • 🏛️ What needs the municipality (Joburg Water / JRA), we escalate and publish the reference number so you can see we did.
  • 📖 Every status change is stamped on a public timeline. Nothing gets deleted.
  • 🔒 Your name and phone number are never shown publicly (POPIA).

How it works

1
You report it — pin the spot, add a photo, 60 seconds.
2
Everyone can see it — on the public map and list, with a reference number.
3
We act on it — fix it or escalate it, and the timeline shows every step until it’s green.

Privacy

We collect only what you type in the report form. Your description, area, photo and location are public so the whole community can see the problem and its progress. Your name and phone number are stored securely, visible only to the Truth and Solidarity response team, used only to contact you about your report, and never shared or sold.
